I assume with the fact that this build can reach 10m dps you should be able to kill ubers with it, though personally I haven't been able to.

Keep in mind that Uber Elder is supposed to be one of the toughest encounters in the game, so it seems fair that tanking it requires much, much more than +4% to max res and one guard skill. With enough investment one can totally tank Uber Elder, but again, you'll need quite some commitment to achieve so.
