At the second-to-last battle (Ares), there is a guaranteed wand drop that adds 10% damage. It's called the Sky Iron Hasta. The final boss (Zeus) also drops some unique gear and wands. Most of us agree the Zeus gear is the best you can get until level 55/60 or so. You might need to team up with someone for all of these challenging bosses/dungeons.
