May 29, 2020. #1. I have a pentair intellitouch system and for some reason it is not responding to the remote or the wifi app. It is an older system and has been working fine until now. On the app I can see that it is some what communicating because the temperature shows but if I turn something on it says its on but the system doesnt turn it on.Pentair screenlogic app not working.
