Instinctual warrior is the best melee class by a mile. Barbarian with monk ac. (Remember that like monks, gains +1 ac every four level). Gets the whole blind fight line for free. Uncanny dodge/ greater uncanny dodge so no flanking. Rage actually enhance your ac since it gives + wisdom (doesn't even have an ac penalty lol).
