So, my three weeks old robot 4 locked on me also after trying to reset, unplug, nothing worked. I ran my fingers into the sensors. and it started working now. That's all fine and dandy, but what if I was away all day and my two cats had no litter available.

What should happen during a cycle is that once the dome has rotated 180° this rubber area flexes and breaks all of this hardened litter away, causing it to fall into the waste bin.
