Basically anytime you do anything to the LR3, hit the reset button on the base (not the app). Like if you move the unit, add litter, empty the drawer, etc. it resets the weight, which is a critical part of how the LR3 operates. I recommend using two pliers at once so you bend the metal without pulling it out of the plastic. Hey all, our litter robot has been great but it has started having residual moistened litter getting stuck to the bottom rubber area inside the robot. What should happen during a cycle is that once the dome has rotated 180° this rubber area flexes and breaks all of this hardened litter away, causing it to fall into the waste bin.
