Wyverns will be aggressive if you're really close, but it is possible to get to a nest without being attacked. But once you pick up an egg it's a like a wide ping and they all rush you from a pretty big area. If the oviraptor picks it up that ping doesn't get sent. If they haven't changed it, of course.
