Cyclops Lane is the hardest of the 3. You can't really notice a difference unless you're like me and have dragged 13 wizards through the WC storyline :) Its only slightly harder, the final boss has a little more health than Swiftarrow. Spirit of Ignorance. This boss is located inside a skeleton key room in Crab Alley. It requires a wooden skeleton key to open. The room is immediately to the right once you take the rope from Triton Avenue. You'll enter or team up with your desired group, then one person will use a key to open the door to the boss.
You first get this quest from Professor Balestorm in the Storm School. He'll then request you to go to Trition Alley where you'll further progress the quest. I believe you'll be speaking to Vlad. Once that is done, he in turn will send you to venture down to Crab Alley.You will also get quests for Crab Alley and Sunken City. They’re side quests (don’t have to do them to move forward) and you have to pay to enter both.
