My skelos master gear is 10% follower 8% agility because of tier 4 werk of the lost tribe. Turns out I was stupid and had that already. Doesn't matter if you have a shieldwright though, any t4 armorer gives that boost it seems. Or at least my scoutwright does. It's actually 8% per piece.
