Sadly, no NPCs will live in any corrupted house. Is there a mod/fix that allows NPCs to live in the Corruption? You can always build a base in there and transport the NPC's into it using teleporters/statues. They won't actually move in but as long as there are no valid NPC houses anywhere else in the world they won't actually leave.
