Odachi's mid-stance strong attack is an under-appreciated gem. Its range is insane, and on some enemies it does more damage than high stance. It's one of those lucky weapons that is completely effective in all stances. Switchglaive for me is mostly high and mid stance, and constantly utilizing the Switch Stances.

Imo at that point, you'll gain access to mystic dyad which enables 2 mystic arts for a weapon and switchglaive has 2 of the best mystic arts which involve reducing ki when attacking and increasing attack power. First of all, all weapons have the same viability. You can’t go wrong with anything a bit, some has skill ceiling to play around and other are straight forward and does the job pretty well. Sword: Good ol’ Nippon steel. Isnt an easy-to-use weapon as it might look like, it has the highest skill cap & ceiling imo.
