There is a small chance for weapons which are dropped at the end of encounters to drop as red borders, so does this also apply to the spoils weapons. A lot of people say its not possible though ive heard of someone getting a red border in a youtube video so im more inclined to believe that it is possible, just very rare.

You can then turn these spoils in at the final chest for a specific weapon, but the chance of getting a resonance weapon from that is still pretty low. The issue I’m having now is that I can’t access the loot inside the building. I've had flawless or near flawless runs, same thing. They are bugged in several ways. Can confirm #1 is likely the bugged one as I've been able to get the chest just fine if #2 is one of the 3 (but not #1). I personally shot all the symbols in 2 runs I had yesterday (1, 2, 3 and then 1, 2, 6), no wipes anywhere, and it still didn't activate.
