So I’m on the final phase (11 weeks in) and I’ve gained 0.5 inches to my arms, 1 inch to my legs and 1 inch to my chest. I would say I’m an intermediate/advanced and so im chuffed with that. I really like Jeff Nippard's Fundamentals program, it includes a 3 day full body split and a 4 day upper/lower split.
