keep looking, she spawns not very often at mounds of the dead but i came across her a couple times and she was there when farming cimmerian armor. i personally prefer to get a berserker first, 2 almost guaranteed spawns at the mounds, and if i go east i always grab a teimos, that 10k+ hp is really helpful. It's pretty to spot her, btw.
