It offers an exp rate of 1.7% per hour, SP rate of 1.6 per hour, trash rate of 6500 an hour. Overall this one is one of the best to grind out both SP and EXP, while also getting a good trash rate. Rotations and them being decided by other people probably half way around the planet is what I hated most about BDO. If I want to grind, go to a spot and I see nobody there I just grind. If my rotation overlaps with three other "rotations", than whatever. Maybe that's why I liked grinding Aakman or Hystria.

After you complete the Mediah questline, you should be around level 55 or 56. You will then need to grind to get a few more levels, so you can follow the recommended 56+ leveling spots in this guide.
