There's more than one of each. You need like 5 seamoth fragments to make the seamoth. They spawn randomly in different areas, though the areas with the red "grass" seem to have the best spawn rate for them. I found most of mine in the red grass that is a little ways behind the back of the ship.

It’s best explored with the Seamoth equipped with an Mk1 or higher depth module. The perimeter defense system will help with pesky predators.
