I think even though you disable to elvui castbar there is still an option that says disable blizzard castbar which is ticked from default so you don't have two cast bars. You might need to disable this and then disable the elvui castbar. I'm at a work pc and can't check this, so just going from memory. Reply.

I've also tried going back to the modern preset, and it has the same issue, so it's not just because I've hidden it somewhere in my own setup. If it ever happens cause of a Plater profile, go to Personal Bar (i believe sorry my version is in French), There must be an option Blizzard Cast Bar. Untick "Hide Blizzard".
