As far as 3D games go, there is Cellar. For multiplayer, there is the Star Trek game that is currently under development, but the networking libraries for that aren't complete. My go-to site is Cemetech, but ticalc.org seems good too. You can also put games made for the original GameBoy on a TI-84 Plus CE, with a program called Ti-Boy CE.
This is a very fun and smooth Pacman program written in ez80 ASM; it even runs way better than the Pacman on actual Gameboys!
