Kotor is in Local Disk (C:) > Program Files (×86) > Steam > steamapps > Common > swkotor. The uniws.zip file is also on that drive. In one of the videos I watched, the guy had the exact same locations, and for him it worked. There are a couple comments under the videos of people having the same problem.
