Salt cell flashing red and green.

My Intellichlor IC40 indicated red flow light (i.e. no flow) even when pump was running and water was coming out of the returns. The salt level lights were flashing red and green (see video). My diagnosis was that the flow indicator was bad, causing the 4 year old cell to stop generating chlorine (a safety measure for when the pump is off). Nevertheless, soaked it for 10 minutes in 1:5 muriatic acid/ water solution. The No Flow continues to be fully on, but now also the "check salt" and "high salt" are blinking; "inspect cell" is not lit.. On the upper portion of the board, "power" is lit green (to be expected), but also "Generating" and "Super Chlorine" are blinking.Wait a minute or so and then turn everything back on.. When you do this, look at the cell's red and green salt lights.. They should be flashing back and forth like a railroad crossing.. If they are not doing that at start up, you have a problem.
