While building my Fellhound I decided to just build him to the absolute minimum needed to farm 12-3 Brutal in 5 seconds, incrementally increasing stats until he could 1-shot each wave. Speed only has to be 110 though I think. His A1 uses both ATK and DEF, with ATK having a bit higher of a modifier.

Bellower is much more valuable to build out for CC, campaign farming with him is just a waste. Fellhound is clearly best in slot, although until recently he had little use elsewhere (I even found him very underwhelming in Fk personally).
