IIRC you can dual Lusat Glintstone staff too. This staff boosts sorceries damage by around 9% but consumes 50% more FP. If you have another one in your left hand, you get around 18% damage buff but the 50% FP consumption doesn't change. It is not as powerful as the specific buffs like Staff of Loss for night sorceries tho.
