I run Eloise with splendid crown. I've tried 2* amb and it didn't work as well for my scenarios, maybe splendid does better with higher atk, missing the last amb for that though. Soulstones, I use all 3 slots due to switching between them depending on what mode I'll he using her in.

AMB is a great artifact for her but 3* AMB is only equal to 1* crown in almost all situations on her. Crown and AMB are very good artifacts in general.
