The Caverns. Incredibly fun, and its also on the harder side of hard demons (used to be the easiest insane) so its great to improve skills and move to insane demons. Forest temple. It's really difficult for a hard demon, but fantastic practice if you want to do more insanes. Also try ultra drivers, as it's a really fun level.
