Ring of Mendeln proc cannot damage elites with suppressor or any other mob that is in the suppressor. Doesn't matter if you and all of your minions are all inside the bubble it just does not deal any damage and you see 'immune!' pop up. The spaghetti code must think you are outside the bubble all the time for some reason please fix this.
