As far as the SB Tactical HKPDW Pistol Stabilizing Brace, the first one I bought required removal of one inside screw (of four) and shaving a bit of the buffer to fit to my SP5. The second one I bought later (from a member here) required zero modifications.

Stock For Stock. The Collapsible is leaps and bounds better. Brace for brace, I'd have to give it to the side folding SB brace. Better cheek weld. And folding is much more compact than the Collapsible at the smallest setting (which isn't the case for the true Collapsible stock. The Collapsible brace is just ugly and sticks out much too far)

Looks like it would make a good brace. There's one available on TacSwap right now for $400 with the Tailhook included, but honestly if you're going to drop that much money on a brace, go get one from Custom Smith Mfg instead since they actually use A3 stock components on their full kit version. I'll give it a try, thanks.

Hideous. The best option I've seen is gearheadworks makes a pdw style set up for a tailhook. When its all said and done its like $450 ( last time i checked). I've considered a form 1 but the a2 i wasn't impressed with and are still a couple hundred bucks. Ive there were cheap ($100), kickass stocks, I'd go this route.JoeBob dun saved you $5.05! The Safety Harbor brace is by far my favorite, but they are fairly hard to find. If you can catch them when they have them in stock it's the way to go imo. The next best option is the HKPDW. I just installed the kes brace with a tail hook. The rails on the brace collapse and extend very smooth off the gun, but once installed it seems the pins are really tight to get back in on the end of the receiver.
