I have recently purchaced a 08 sportsman 800 ho it has under 800miles on it. seems to have a clunking noise with a jerking feeling when just crawling in forward or reverse.Not sure what this could be weather it could be a cv joint or belt grabing the clunking noise seems to have a slight grinding ...So if you hear a clunking sound when backing up it may be your rear bearings going out. I have absolutely the same clunking noise like in the video that Zaiby posted. Happens on almost every speed bump and sometimes when the car shakes on very uneven road. I hear it from the driver and sometimes passenger side. The issue must be global, my car is European spec RAV4, built in 2021 in Japan, 2.0 petrol AWD.
