Masterbuilt gravity series 560 fan not working.

I've had my Masterbuilt 560 for just under two years and have had nothing but problems. The switch that turns off the fan does not work for the grill portion, works somewhat for the bottom of the hopper, and now only somewhat for the top of the hopper. The fan worked to get up to temp but I loaded food on the grates closed the lid and that was it for the fan. Temp kept dropping. I unplugged the unit.
