LSPDFR stuck on loading screen. My LSPDFR is stuck on the loading screen after loading the plugins at startup. It doesn’t give a crash error it just sits there and doesn’t progress further. You probably need to update your update.rpf in your mods folder. I suggest using OpenIV.UNISTALL ROCKSTAR GAMES LAUNCHER, BUT DON'T UNISTALL THE GAME FILES. Launch GTA 5 from the shortcut. Once it opens and begins to load the story mode, open up Rage plugin hook, it won't have the ability to open the launcher since it isn't installed so it should hook the game instantly. Best way is to remove mods and place them in a new folder called test. Then add the mods one at a time back to your gta directory launch the game each time checking that each mod works.
