I think that the Spirit one is actually a fair trinket for holy priests who would prefer to concentrate on throughput on their gear instead of spirit. It's honestly kinda bad for rogues. 300 agi isn't worth all that much in wotlk; mirror of truth is a better trinket and fury of the five flights is 0.5% worse than greatness overall. Greatness would be replaced by Blood of the Old God off Yogg 25 before the ilvl bump, so it should be replaced by just about anything from Ulduar 10 hard modes and up.

The thing with Disc, is that Mental Strength makes intellect scale much more favorably, and the 300 point proc on greatness is also subject to the talent.
