Oct 16, 2023 · The camera is not an input to the movement system… As long as you don’t reboot your Glowforge, everything you said is true. There’s one exception: every time the Glowforge boots up, and you see the message “Centering”, it’s using the camera to calibrate the initial position of the print head (because the print head may have been manually moved while the power was off).
