Refined all the way. Washing Pole is the best if you go 40/40, chaos blade for like a pure dex build. The other katanas are decent, but those two are the best in those respective builds. Most katanas don't benefit from refined/heavy/sharp. Either keep it uninfused, or do a luck build with hollow infusion.
