I'm talking about Pegs, FFEs, Triumphs, Rides, etc. As long as a shoe is still used for running, though, it is exclusively used for running. I walk in running shoes, but not the ones I’m currently training in, except when traveling. When traveling, I’ll just wear a daily trainer for running and walking.

I think if you are a heel striker, or a heavier runner, the Alphafly is better. Elites tend to be small/light and land further forward, so get less benefit and prefer the lighter/lower vaporfly.
