I'd recommend leaning towards what it says for your specific character, since everyone is different. Stuff like this is why following a guide blindly sometimes isn't the best thing to do.Here is a log: As you can see all 3 rogues have outlaw spec, the highest dps was 310k , the second 265k and me 150k, a huge differense. It was around the same on every boss. I especially feel like Shadow Techniques is terrible design and counter-intuitive because it often forces you to adapt your rotation to avoid ressource wasting and therefore it ruins the feeling of the rotation which should feel precise and calculated.

Totally agree with zyc, As long as sub rogues have Sanguarity Veins, which has %20 damage increased, my opening is like, pre, s&d, garrote, hemo, so i have my %20 damage buff already, garrote is up, s&d is up like 20sec, so its time to burst.
