Be aware that a hero that farms 12-3 and 12-6 may not be able to solo the rest of NM. Well, this is a farming build, so he's built with high CR/CD to maximize his damage output and decrease farming time. Mine's in HP% boots, so all his speed comes from substats. For farming builds, 205 is recommended to 2:1 the waves.

Time doesn't matter that much with 5-7 second farmers. Can blow through 3k gems like they're water. I think 12-3 Brutal is the best for the combination of Silver you get from selling shields, and the XP you get. Nightmare is just too much energy and requires very specific champs to solo farm, and is SLOW.
Just decided to make th nightmare campaign. 2 months ago i was chanceless to 3 star 9-1 so i decided to wait. i pulled a bad el so i thought i will try it. i used the combo dutchess lilitu bad el kazar, which works great....not the fastest runs but solid :-). But now i struggle with 12-7. Problem is i dont have a counter attacker or a tayrel.3 star campaign nightmare. The most consistent way to do 12-7 is with Paragon cheese. Run him alongside a tanky damage dealer that can self sustain enough to not die (life steal can do this job, typically). For the rest of nightmare, I'd just run two defense/hp based champions. Like many people in the raid community I have been trying to 3* nm campaign to get the sacred and open it while it's double rates. To get through the campaign I have been using miscreated monster and stag knight and have had relatively little problems untill I hit stage 12-7.

I just used Ma'Shalled as my attacker and Dutchess Lilitu as my support. With his leech, speed buff etc and her block debuff and her speed aura, etc, they tore through all levels leading up to Round 3 of level 7. But Mortu-Macab kept killing me up until my 12th to 15th attempt with his dang Peril attack.
