If that is good i would trace from there to the pdm under the truck. It definatly sounds like a blown fuse or chassis module.Freightliner schematic says fuses F3 and F7 are the trans power but the PDM chart says F3 is engine PCM and F7 is Bulkhead module then says trans is F11.
